Video 2: The Up-and-Down Technique
Overview
This is the technique most commonly used by women when performing oral sex. However, most women only use one method, which is to take it into their mouth and move their head up and down without paying attention to the technique to create the best emotional effect for this practice. Let's clarify some important notes.
Position of the performer
Facing the person being serviced / facing the penis.
Focus point
2/3 of the underside of the shaft of the penis or ½ if the shaft is long.
Dos and Don'ts
- The tongue should always be pressed against the penis during the up and down motion and should not slide too far past the glans.
- Only suck 2/3 of the length of the shaft of the penis or ½ if the man's penis is long to avoid blocking the airway, which can cause nausea/vomiting.
- Always maintain a steady breath.
- At least 20 seconds of performing the technique.
- Do not forget the tongue.
- Do not hold your breath.
- Do not pull the penis completely out of the mouth.
- Do not attempt deep sucking with this technique.
- Do not use teeth.
Duration of performance
Minimum: 20 seconds
Maximum: 90 seconds
